pesos and sense Financial Literacy Now on TV

Host Aya Laraya w/ Bo Sanchez

This one is good, GMA NEWS TV had recently launched a TV program that talks about Financial Literacy for the Filipinos. This is a welcome development for people like me who advocates financial literacy since the show can be seen even on the far flung areas of the Philippines.

The show named “Pesos and Sense” Talks about how to invest in Mutual Fund, Stock Market, Time deposit as well as topics about inflation, insurance, etc and anything related to investing.

Investing for Filipinos is generally viewed as something that is risky without looking on the benefits that it could bring to their lives, so with this kind of TV show, hopefully, majority of Filipinos will now realize the ability of investing to enrich themselves and learn how to help our country and elevate the quality of life for most of the Filipinos.

The show was first aired last Saturday September 3, 2011, and guess what? the first ever guests of the show includes the awesome preacher and fellow advocate of financial literacy, Bo Sanchez.

For everyone of us who are still learning about financial literacy, the time slot of the show is every Saturday 8:30 AM at GMA News TV Channel 11.  So take time to watch the show and I’m sure we will be learning a lot from this for free, without having to pay anything unlike attending seminars offered by financial gurus. Just plain awesome!

Hi,

I like the program.
It would be very beneficial too if we can talk more about real estate investing.
Thank you for airing it soon.

God bless you, more money and more power.

Hi Jon,

I agree, the program would truly be empowering for people who wants to invest if they will include real estate investing as well. I am also hoping that they will feature guests that will talk about real estate investing in the future.

Thanks for dropping by.

Nice! Hope more Filipinos will learn about Financial Literacy and Money Management so they will be better equipped to secure financial independence for their family and also contribute to the growth of our Philippine economy. Go Philippines!
